Il est le directeur ex\u00e9cutif de l&#039;Institut ougandais de recherche sur les virus (UVRI) et supervise les principales responsabilit\u00e9s de gestion au minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9. Il dirige \u00e9galement un certain nombre de r\u00e9seaux nationaux et r\u00e9gionaux, notamment les r\u00e9seaux d&#039;excellence de l&#039;EDCTP en Afrique de l&#039;Est. Le Dr Kaleebu est codirecteur du Partenariat africain pour la recherche sur les maladies chroniques (APCDR) et du Centre d&#039;informatique m\u00e9dicale de l&#039;Ouganda (UMIC).
