Il a dirig\u00e9 divers engagements de sant\u00e9 publique \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle nationale et internationale ax\u00e9s sur la grippe, le VIH et les op\u00e9rations d&#039;urgence. Il a \u00e9galement si\u00e9g\u00e9 \u00e0 des groupes consultatifs de l&#039;OMS sur la grippe, notamment la production mondiale de vaccins contre la grippe, la vaccination et la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 une pand\u00e9mie de grippe.
