His recent work has focused on using cutting-edge technologies, big data and analytics to drive improvements in programmatic outcomes. Ernest has worked globally with governments, international normative organizations and the private sector. Ernest co-founded BroadReach in 2003. He is on the Board of the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship and has been recognized by New African Magazine as one of the 100 most influential Africans and named one of eighteen \u201cGlobal Health Heroes\u201d by TIME Magazine. Ernest is a popular guest speaker, most recently speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos 2019.
