Professor Agnes Binagwaho is a global health equity leader who formerly served as the Minister of Health and Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Health, Rwanda. She is the Co-founder and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Global Health Equity (UGHE). She is a Senior Advisor to the Director General of the WHO and a Senior Lecturer at Harvard University.
